Reinforced-concrete products

Parts of wells.Parts of wells are made of heavy concrete. Density grade of concrete in compression is B15 (M200) for covers and bottoms; B22,5 (M300) – for rings. Grade of concrete by frost resistance is F100. Grade of concrete by water resistance is W2. For reinforcing constructions steel of categories A-I, A-III, Bp-I is used. Products are made under requirements: covers, bottoms State Standard 8020-90, working drawings of series КZh-28, 3.900.1-14 (issue 1), rings K 10-10, K 16-10, K 20-10, specification 66-16-215-97.

Slabs of well bottoms are intended as foundation of round wells of underground wastewater and water pipes and gas grids.

Slabs of well covering are intended for covering ferroconcrete round manholes of water and wastewater pipes.

Reinforced-concrete piles of type C State Standard 19804-91, working drawings series 1.011.1-10 (issue 1). Piles are solid with nontensional steel and of square solid cross-section (300x300mm), with crosscut shaft reinforcement. The piles are intended for arranging pile foundations of buildings and constructions.

Reinforced-concrete bulkheads are intended for overlapping apertures in brick walls in different buildings. Bulkheads are made of heavy concrete. Grade of concrete by density in compression is B15 (M-200). Grade of concrete by frost resistance is F150. For reinforcing cages still of classes A-I, A-III and concrete reinforcement wire Bp-I are used. Bulkheads are made under technical requirements of State Standard 948-84, working drawings of series 1.038.1-1.

Concrete blocks are intended for basement walls and crawl spaces of buildings. Blocks are made of heavy concrete. Grade of concrete by density in compression is B7,5 (M100). Blocks are made under technical requirements of State Standard 13579-78.

Storey landings. Product makes: 2ЛП 22.19-4; 2ЛП 25-13.4к; 2ЛП 25-16.4к; 2ЛП 25-19.4к.
Ribbed storey landings are intended for arranging double flight staircases in residential buildings with brick walls in regular construction conditions. Storey landings are made of heavy concrete. Grade of concrete by density in compression is B15 (M-200). For reinforcing storey landings steel of classes A-I, A-III, Bp-I is used. Storey landings are made under technical requirements of State Standard 9818-85 and working drawings of the series 1.152.1-8.

Elements of fence. Concrete panels of fence are intended for fencing territories of industrial plants, properties of energy, agricultural and warehousing functions, sectors of apartment and public buildings and other properties. Fence panels are made of heavy concrete. Grade of concrete by density in compression is B25 (M350). Grade by frost resistance is F50.
For reinforcing plates reinforcing steel of classes A-I, A-III, Bp-I is used. Panels are made under requirements of specification 66-16-205-92, working drawings of series 3521-7-00.

Reinforced-concrete weighting materials. Reinforced-concrete wedge-like weighting materials of type 1 UBКм are intended for ballasting pipelines laid through bogs, watered grounds and high-water beds. Reinforced-concrete weighting materials of type UBО are intended for ballasting steel gas pipelines, laid through bogs of different types, water-logged grounds and high-water beds.

Pavement slabs. Specification 66-16-73-97. Reinforced-concrete pavement slabs with nonprestressed reinforcement, made of heavy concrete are for arranging sectional blankets of temporary roads. The slabs are meant for loads specified in Building norms and acts 2.05.02 for the roads of V category.

Slabs of strip foundations. Intended for founding strip foundations in dry and water-saturated grounds, in buildings and constructions with estimated seismicity up to 9 points inclusive; in grounds and ground waters non-aggressive to reinforced concrete. Slabs of strip foundations are made of heavy concrete. Grade of concrete by density in compression is B12,5 and B15. Reinforcement of classes A-III, A-I and reinforcing wire of class Bp-I are used. Slabs of strip foundations are made under technical requirements of State Standard 13580-85 “Ferroconcrete plates of strip foundations. Technical specifications.”

Slabs of cavitated covering. Reinforced-concrete hollow-core slabs are intended for load-carrying part of building coverings and constructions of different functions. Hollow-core slabs are made of heavy concrete. Grade of concrete by density in compression is M200-M300. Grade of concrete by frost resistance is F75. Steel of classes AT-V is used in the capacity of linear prestressed reinforcement. Slabs of coverings are made under technical requirements of State Standard 9561-91 according to working drawings of series 1.141-1; I I-04-4. Top length – 7.2m. Width – 1,0; 1,2; 1,5m. Height – 120mm.

Staircases and flights of stairs. Intended for founding internal and external staircases of buildings and constructions. Staircases are made under technical requirements of State Standard 8717.0-84 and 8717.1-84, flights of stairs – State Standard 9818-85.
